4.2 Ibo-COP2 appearance
NOTICE
While connecting the battery with either the controller or COP2, they must be placed on the same horizontal line
in order to connect well with each other without bending any pins. Any bent pin can cause electrical faults.
• ibo-COP2 major functions
The ibo-COP2 is designed to give you a home-based user-friendly tool with several new functions to use to help
keep the battery at peak performance. These functions are listed as below:
1. Provides a standard charging function.
2. Acting as a charging interface between the lithium ion battery pack and a lithium ion charger.
3. Performs cell optimization (cell balancing) on each charge.
4. Allows you to execute battery self-diagnostication at home via “Calibration” and “Error Checking” functions
5. Reports battery health status for aging battery packs.
6. Validates and updates an aging battery pack’s true capacity to more accurately report on the display.
7. Automatically executes error checking and error identification on each charge.

4.1 Battery pack
The ibo e-drive system provides two model batteries for the Babboe-E cargo bikes. One is the ibo-R37 with a
374 Wh capacity and the other is the ibo-R45 with 447 Wh of capacity.
