Remote - Solid State LED
Standard Installation
LED and Optic Replacement - Wall Wash
1. Loosen three (3) captive #6-32 screws securing
cap/socket assembly with 7/64” Allen wrench.
NOTE: Only one end cap is removable.
3. Remove two (2) #4-40 screws holding LED
module to heatsink using 0.050” Allen wrench.
4. Carefully remove LED module from heatsink.
Do not pull on connector or wiring. Handle
with care.
2. Carefully pull out end cap assembly. LED is still
attached to leads. Detach heatsink from fixture
body via quick disconnect. Loosen, then remove
two (2) #8-32 screws from optic holder using
5/64” Allen wrench.

5. Use small pick tool to push connector off
LED board through two small slots behind
connector. Once loose, lift connector upwards
and off board.
6. Spread thin, even layer of thermal paste on
back of new LED module (Provided). Place new
LED module onto heatsink, lining up module
with holes for screws. Press connector straight
downwards into slot on module to snap into
place.
Connector will only fit in one direction.
7. Tighten two (2) #4-40 screws using 0.050” Allen
wrench to secure LED module to heatsink.
8. Line up wall wash optic with mounting screw
holes on heatsink, then secure with two (2) #8-32
screws using 5/64” Allen wrench.
Attach heatsink to fixture via quick disconnect.
10. Tighten three (3) captive #6-32 screws with 7/64”
Allen wrench to secure cap assembly.
9. Re-install end cap assembly.
