cap/socket assembly with 7/64” Allen wrench.

3.   Loosen, then remove two (2) #4-40 screws from 

optic holder and module using .050” Allen 

wrench.

4.  Carefully remove LED module from heatsink. 

 

Do not pull on connector or wiring. Handle 

with care.

2.  Carefully pull out end cap assembly. LED is still 

attached to leads. Detach heatsink from fixture 

body via quick disconnect. Twist and gently pull 

away optic from optic holder.

LED and Optic Replacement

 

Fragile! Do not pull on connector or wiring. 

Handle with care.

5.  Use small pick tool to push connector off 

LED board through two small slots behind 

connector. Once loose, lift connector upwards 

and off board. 

6.  Spread thin, even layer of thermal paste on 

back of new LED module (Provided). Place new 

LED module onto heatsink, lining up module 

with holes for screws.  Press connector straight 

downwards into slot on module to snap into 

place. 

 

Connector will only fit in one direction.

7.  Tighten two (2) #4-40 screws using .050” Allen 

wrench to secure module and optic holder to 

heatsink. Ensure that connector leads are in 

wireway of optic holder.

8.  Twist to secure optic to optic holder. Attach 

heatsink to fixture via quick disconnect.

10.  Tighten three (3) captive #6-32 screws with 7/64” 

Allen wrench to secure cap assembly. 

9.  Re-install end cap assembly.
