1-2-2 : Detector: Wafer type
Description
The wafer type detector has a function and structure as follows:
• When a fluid passes through the inside, the detector generates a signal of
electromotive force that is proportional to the passing flow rate.
• The electrode mounting position is for horizontal mounting for both electrodes.
