Cleaning the drip tray
Empty and wipe clean the drip tray regularly and wash it with hot water and washing-up liquid. A little
sand or cat sand in the bottom of the drip tray helps to absorb the fat, and can simplify cleaning. Check
the drip tray regularly, and empty it before it gets full.
Enamelled parts
Regularly scrape off fat with a soft plastic or wooden scraper. It is not necessary to remove all the fat.
When necessary the product can be thoroughly cleaned with hot water and washing-up liquid and a soft,
non-abrasive sponge or cloth, or a nylon brush. Remove the plates/grill rack and burners before thorough
cleaning. Do not immerse the gas controls and branch pipe in water. Check that all burners are working
properly after refitting.
NOTE:
Do not use abrasive sponges or detergents, they can damage the surface.

cylinders should always be stored outdoors, out of the reach of children, in a dry, well-ventilated place,
and separated from any sources of heat. Never store gas cylinders horizontally.
