6.1 Why I can not find my device on the device list
If you can not find your device on the device list, you can:
1.
Check if the device is connected properly.
2.
Check if there is any power failure.
3.
Check the Ethernet connection has been set up correctly, please make sure your MaitreView™ 4kPro Windows
or Android APP needs to be within the same network range for the connection to be established.
When you have done all the checks, please try to click on Rescan to search for the device list.
Please note: if Wi-Fi and Ethernet do not connect to the same network then MaitreView™ 4KPro Windows or Android
APP will not be able to connect to the device.
6.2 Why I can not see anything on my output
If you can not see anything on your output, you can:
1.
Check if the HDMI OUT at the back of the device has been plugged in properly or not.
2.
Check on the
Preference
page if the status light is shown green if the alarm LED was on, or LED on Front Panel.
3.
Check if your Resolution/FPS, HDCP, Color were set up correctly.
6.3 Why my input LED shows in red
If you see your input LED on the
Preference
page or LED on Front Panel shown red, it means there is something
wrong with the input source, please check if there is any fault on the input device.
If the problem above persists, you may contact your local distributor for assistance.
