Reset IP
If you can not find your Device after you have changed a Network environment, or the Ethernet connection
setting has been changed, you can reset IP to reconnect the device to the MaitreView™ 4KPro Windows
APP, to do this you need to :
1.
On your
Setting
s Menu, go to
Preference
Page, Click on the
IP Settings
button, the
IP settings
window will show up

Choose Static IP, and type in the IP address and Default Gateway, Mask. Then click on

Go back to Settings menu, and choose Device List page

Check if the device is on the device list, if device does not appear on the list then you can do the

On your front panel for your device, press B and F simultanously once, then release, this will reset IP,
