Mail information on Network Settings: Used to specify the product’s mail server
information.

Mail Server
Enter the SMTP IP.
Port#
Enter the SMTP Port number.
Device E-mail Address
E-mail Address
Enter the email address of the device. This is also
the default “From” address when you are sending
email from the device.
After sending the email with the mail server not
specified, the product will automatically detect a
mail server with its authentication method, and
queries a user to determine the acceptance of the
detected mail server.
Authentication
Method
Enter the email authentication method.
Choice: *None, SMTP
Login Name
Enter the login name for SMTP authentication.
Password
Enter the password for SMTP authentication.
Update
Update all the above information.

The login name and password are case-sensitive and are up to 28 characters.
