If you are installing the first Avigilon appliance in your security network, you can now install the ACC Client
software on a network workstation or on the computer you are using to access Server Management. For
more information, see
Installing the ACC Client on page 14 .
Troubleshooting
There are several ways you can discover a device that is supposed to connected to your network from a
network workstation. The recommended order to discover a device is:

Check that the appliance is connected to the local network with an Ethernet cable.

Using File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Apple)
You are looking for a device labeled "ENVR2-PLUS-8Px-<serial number>” or the hostname you
configured in the Server Management page for this device.
