Valve diagnosis
The diagnosis identifies short circuit and interruption. The short
circuit is identified in the controlled state, the interruption in the
non-controlled state (preventive maintenance).
The diagnosis of the valve (interruption/short circuit) is always
reported and indicates that the valve is ready for operation
(compare with readiness for operation of a frequency converter).
