Procedure

1. Open IP Office Manager and receive the IP Office configuration.

2. In the left navigation pane, do one of the following:

• To configure an announcement for a user, click 

User

• To configure an announcement for a hunt group, click 

Hunt Group

.

3. Click the 

Announcements

 tab.

4. Set the fields to the appropriate values. See 

Announcement settings

 on page 27 for more

information.

5. Click 

OK

 to save the changes.

6. Select 

File > Save Configuration

 to merge the changes back to the system.
