MAPI

Messaging Application Programming Interface

 - Part of Microsoft's Window's Open Service

Architecture (WOSA). Allows programs and devices to send emails via email clients if those client
support MAPI.

Trusted Location

A number that has been entered into the user's Source Numbers as a location from which they want to
access their mailbox without being asked to enter their voicemail code. This can be an internal extension
or an external number.
