3.3 CentOS 5.11 Installation

Insert the CentOS setup CD-ROM and turn on the PC. If the PC
cannot start from a CD-ROM, the PC’s BIOS setup must be changed
so that the CD-ROM is defined as the first unit in the start-up.

The figures used in this chapter are screendumps from version 5.3.
The layouts may vary for CentOS 5.11, but the content is more or less
the same.
