With considering heat radiation and vibration isolation, mount the motor as tight as 
possible against a metal panel having high thermal conductivity such as iron or aluminum. 
When mounting motors, use hexagon socket screws, spring washers and flat washers. 
Do not draw the wire with over strength 30N after wiring the encoder.
