WARRANTY LIABILITIES
DEAR CUSTOMER! TM AURORA thanks for your choice. When purchasing a pro-
duct, ensure the correct fill the warranty card. The serial number and product
name must match the entry in the warranty card. Before use, carefully read the
operating rules laid down in documentation for the goods. You only need to
use the product according to its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions
established by the manufacturer of goods in the operational documentation.
OBTAINING SERVICE OF HOME APPLIANCES TM AURORA
The warranty period for AURORA products is specified in the addition at www.au-
rora-tm.eu/consumer-service, calculated from the date of retail sale. The warranty
period is specified for each country. If the warranty card field «Model», «Serial num-
ber», «date of sale», «Company name», «Printing firm-seller» and «buyer’s signatu-
re» are not filled, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture
of the product. During the warranty period, service is available only to authorized
persons (see. A list of authorized service centers: www.aurora-tm.eu). The warranty
does not cover products, problems which have arisen as a consequence:
1. Violations of customer environments.
2. Do not use the product target.
3. Mechanical damage caused during operation or transportation.
4. The ingestion of foreign objects or products insects.
Actions of third parties:
1. Repair by unauthorized persons.
2. Unauthorized structural changes by the manufacturer.
3. A deviation from the rules of supply and cabling.
Force majeure – the element of fire, flood.
After the warranty period, our authorized service points are always ready to offer
after-sales service.
The service life of products is 2 years.
Durability is terminated in the following cases:
1. Making changes in product design and implementation of improvements and
the use of parts, components, not statutory.
2. Use of the device for other purposes.
3. Deliberate damage to the product by the consumer.
4. Violation of improper use.

МЕЖДУНАРОДНИ ГАРАНЦИОННИ ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ
Гаранция за изделието се дава за срок от 2 години или повече в случай,
че Законът за защита правата на потребителите на страната, в която е
купено изделието предвижа по-дълъг минимален срок на гаранцията.
Всички условия на гаранцията съответстват на Закона за защита на
правата на потребителите и се регулират от законодателството на стра-
ната, в която е купено изделието. Гаранция и безплатен ремонт се пре-
доставят във всяка страна, в която изделието се доставя от компанията ЕКСИМ
БГ ООД или от упълномощен представител и където никакви ограничения на
вноса или други правни положения не препятстват предоставянето на гаран-
ционно обслужване и безплатен ремонт. Гаранционният ремонт се извършва
като гаранционният уред се занася в посочения на гаранционната карта сер-
виз или в магазина, от който е закупен уреда.
СЛУЧАИ, ПРИ КОИТО ГАРАНЦИЯ И БЕЗПЛАТЕН РЕМОНТ НЕ СЕ ПРЕДОСТАВЯТ:
1. Гаранционният талон е попълнен неправилно.
2. Изделието е излязло от строя поради неспазване от страна на купувача на
правилата за експлоатация, посочени в инструкцията.
3. Изделието е било използвано за професионални, търговски или промишле-
ни цели (освен специално предназначените за целта модели, за което е спо-
менато в инструкцията).
4. Изделието има външни механични повреди или повреди, причинени от по-
падане в него на течности, прах, насекоми и други външни предмети.
5. Изделието има повреди, предизвикани от неспазване правилата за захран-
ване от батерии, от мрежата или от акумулатори.
6. Изделието е било подложено на отваряне, ремонт или изменение на кон-
струкцията от лица неупълномощени за ремонт, извършвано е било самостоя-
телно почистване на вътрешните механизми и т.н.
7. Изделието има естествено износване на части с ограничен срок на работа,
