g. A filter shall be installed at the inlet opening of the cold water pump to prevent the heat exchanger from
being polluted and blocked;
h. As for fan coils without a air filter, install a filter screen over the air return opening , to prevent dust from
jamming the fins of the fan coil and to ensure the heat exchanging effect;
i. Before wiring, check if the voltage, frequent and phases of the power supply are as required by the unit.
A power voltage deviation not greater than 10% of the rated value is preferred.
j. A switch control shared by several units of different models is strictly banned.
k. The temperature of the unit shall be no lower than 5
℃（
to avoid condensation
）
when cold water is used,
and no higher than 85 ℃（ usually60 ℃） when hot water is used and the water shall be clean.
6.2 Unit installation
The distance between indoor unit and obstacle
Unit suspension
◇ Select the suspension foundation
The suspension foundation is a structure of either wooden frame or
reinforced concrete. It must be firm and reliable to bear
at least 4 times
weight of itself and capable of bearing vibration for long periods;
◇ Fixing of suspension foundation
Fix the suspension bolts either as shown in the picture or by a steel or
wooden bracket;
◇ Adjust the relative positions of the suspension hooks to ensure the indoor
unit is level in all directions. Use a spirit level to ensure this, otherwise
water leakage, air leakage etc. will be resulted;
◇
Tighten the nuts and ensure that the hooks are tightly connected to the nuts and sMDms , and there is no
phenomenon of virtual hanging;
◇ After the unit is installed ensure it is secure and does not shake or sway.
Drainage pipe installation
◇ The drain pipe should be properly insulated to prevent the generation of condensation
, see picture as
follows:
Heat insulation material: rubber insulation pipe with the thickness of more than 8mm
◇
Drainage pipe must have a downward gradient (1 / 50 1 / 100).If the drain pipe is installed ups and
downs, it will cause water backflow or leakage etc.
The pipe should not rise at any point.
