5. DIP setting and failure code
5.1 Dip setting of the control panel
The DIP switch of the controller has a setting condition that varies with different models. The DIP switch
was already adjusted in the factory of the company, but the service personnel of the user shall take care
during the service process.

The system presume that under single valve, cooling, and heating mode, the water valve outputs via
cooling valve, so in the specifications: If a single valve model is selected, the heating and the heating
valve action under AUTO mode are achieved through the cooling valve; If a cold/hot water valve model,
the heating and the heating valve action under AUTO mode are achieved through the heating valve;
Electric heating can only be used on units without coupled switches.
5.2 Failure code display
When the air conditioner is faulty, the timing light of the controller’s light panel will display relevant trouble
codes according to various troubles.
