BEAD BREAKER HAS NOT
ENOUGH POWER
Air pressure: Check if the needed air pressure is connected to the machine.
Air lines: Check if all air lines on the machine are connected correctly and that
there is no leakage.
Bead breaking cylinder: Check the wear of the sealing kits respectively of the
cylinders.
LOCKING OF MOUNTING HEAD
DOES NOT WORK
Air pressure: Check if the needed air pressure is connected to the machine.
Check the turntable for damages respectively the adjustment.
Locking cylinders: Check wear of sealing kits respectively cylinders.
MOUNTING HEAD HAS TOO MUCH
TOLERANCE
Check the turntable for damages respectively the adjustment
Locking cylinders: Check wear of sealing kits respectively cylinders.
Check the guide roll for damages respectively the adjustment.
Check the hexagon for damages respectively the adjustment.
MOUNTING TOWER DOES NOT
SWIVEL OR SWIVELS TOO SLOW
Air pressure: Check if the needed air pressure is connected to the machine.
Air lines: Check if all air lines on the machine are connected correctly and that
there is no leakage.
Regulating screws: Adjust the regulating screws on the valve of the pedals
respectively check those for damages
Cylinder: Check wear of sealing kits respectively cylinders.
TURNTABLE DOES NOT WORK
Pedal control: Check if the pedal or the rotary switch is defect.
Short circuit: Check all supply lines for damages respectively all fixations of
the contacts
Drive: Check if the V-belt is tensioned sufficiently or if the V-belt, motor or the
worm gear is defect.
TURNTABLE ONLY ROTATES IN
ONE DIRECTION.
Pedal control: Check if the rotary switch is defect.
LOSS OF POWER DURING
ROTATION
Drive: Check the tension of V-belt
> For very rigid tires an assist arm will be needed.
CLAMPING JAWS CANNOT FIX
THE RIM
Clamping jaws: The clamping jaws have a malfunction.
Cylinder: Check the wear of the sealing kits respectively of the cylinders.
THE PEDAL DOES NOT GO BACK
INTO THE INITIAL POSITION
Pedal control: Check the release spring for damages.
PAY ATTENTION TO THAT ONLY ORIGINAL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE USED.
