Compensation (Error Correction)
Compensation, error correction function at benches, are used to compensate mistakes of scales. it can be applied
separately for each axis.Linear or sectional can be selected. Sectional compensation can be made up to 100 point.
Error correction function can be set only with metric system, works for both measurement system.
3.4.1.
Linear Compensation (Linear Error Correction)
Linear Error Correction, to performed the entering a different error value for each axis.Linear error is proportional
increases with distance.
The value as called "Correction Factor" is entered for each axis. Correction Factor can be calculated according to
which value is showed how many mm at 1000 mm (1 meter) on the display.
To active the Linear Compensation;
select the required axis to calibrate using X, Y, Z and press
“ENT” then the
selected “Linear“ on the second line and press “ENT” button to save.
The bottom line will be appeared on the screen. To entered that calculated correction factor on the this line and
save with “ENT” button. After the finishing of this function set, log out with “Esc” button
