Adjusting the water sparkling quality
Through the adjustment of the pressure reducer
(fig. 5.6)
is possible to increase or decrease the amount of gas
(CO
2
) present in the water so as to obtain the optimum
carbonation depending of our own tastes.
The optimal values recommended range from 2 bar to 5
bar approximately.
A higher pressure will increase the amount of gas present
in the water while a lower pressure will generate water
“slightly sparkling”.
Another useful trick for dispensing a “less sparkling” or
a “less cold” water is to hold down simultaneously the
sparkling water button and the cold water button (or the
room temperature) as the dispenser can simultaneously
deliver two types of different water.
This will give a perfect blend of flavors to suit any
individual needs !!!
Note: The adjustments made on the pressure reducer
will not affect immediately the water sparkling quality
but it require to dispense at least 4 litres of water.

Connection of external CO

bottle
Arrange the CO

gas line by using the proper plastic tube with
a diameter of 4 mm.
The tube has to be inserted on one
side
(fig. 5.7)
in the proper
quick coupling placed behind
the dispenser above the
water connection, and the
other end of the tube end
has to be inserted into the
quick coupling of the pressure
reducer of the gas bottle.

bottle with a proper
