Restrict Wireless Access 

You can restrict access to your wireless network based on MAC address. 
To restrict access to your wireless network: 
1.

 

Click Wireless on the SBX-AC1200P Main Menu. 

2.

 

Click Access Control from the Wireless submenu options. 

 

3.

 

Select the tab for the band whose access you want to restrict. 

4.

 

In the Selected Network field, choose the network for which you want to restrict access. 

5.

 

In the MAC Restrict Mode field, select one of the following: 

 

Select Allow if you want to allow access to the devices that you specify (and deny all 

others). 

 

Select Deny if you want to deny access to the devices that you specify (and allow all 

others). 

6.

 

Use the MAC Address List fields to identify a list of devices. 

7.

 

Click Apply

 

 

Prioritize Network Traffic Based on Media Type 

Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) allows you to prioritize network traffic based on its media type. You 

can configure the quality of service (QoS) parameters for WMM. 
To configure your quality of service parameters: 
1.

 

Click Wireless on the SBX-AC1200P Main Menu.
