PROBLEM VERIFY
The trolley moves
substantially on its own
when the Semi-Permanent
Rack is fully assembled.
• Is the track levelled?
• Is the floor level?
• Are the tracks secured to the posts? Push up on the tracks
to make sure that they are correctly attached to the posts.
The trolley does not move
smoothly in the track.
• Is the track clean? Clean the track with a damp cloth.
• Is the trolley centred in the track? Re-centre the trolley.
• Is the trolley damaged? Replace the trolley.
The posts rock back and
forth.
• Check the integrity of the floor.
• Are the levelling feet properly adjusted?
