2.6 Install cold/ hot water distribution pipes
z
Cold-water inlet and hot-water outlet shall be G1/2 thread.
z
Supply water into the cold-water pipe to remove any possible dirt before connection with water
heater. Then connect the cold-water pipe with water heater to avoid blockage from dirt.
z
Please mount one water-in valve to the place near the water outlet for service concern.
z
Recommend stainless steel bellows to the water-in/ out connections for accident
dismantlement during service. (Our company provides metal hose.)
z
Pay attention to correct connection of cold-water and hot-water pipes.
z
Reduce number of joints and length of distribution pipe on the hot-water flow-out pipe of heater
mounted in the place with frequent uses.
z
If user uses and installs shower head, please select the shower header with small water
resistance and low pressure drop.
z
It is necessary to increase the water supply pressure if upper floor distribution is required.
2.7 Install gas distribution pipe
z
If liquefied petroleum gas is used, user shall apply ID

9.5mm rubber hose to connect the
pressure regulation valve of liquefied petroleum gas. Then fasten the connection with neck
collar. Please choose the high-quality low-pressure regulation valve with flowrate at 0.6m3/h. If
the capacity of your water heater is above 16L, please apply ID

16.5mm gas pipe to connect
with pressure regulation valve of liquefied petroleum gas. Fasten the connection with neck
collar. Please choose the high-quality low-pressure regulation valve with flowrate at 1.2m3/h.

If natural gas is used, user shall apply 3/4” steel gas pipe to connect with natural gas pipe.
Remember to mount the rectangular seal ring.
Danger
If gas pipe is connected with cold-water pipe accidentally, please do not use the water heater by just
replacing the distribution pipe. Otherwise gas leakage and other accidents may happen.
Countermeasures
If distribution pipe is connected improperly, please replace all parts with respect to gas supply.
