Meat (Beef Jerky)
1.
Cut the desired meat into 2 cm wide strips.
2.
Marinate the meat as desired and keep it in the refrigerator for
about 20 hours.
3.
Dab off the remaining marinade from the meat using paper
towels.
4.
Spread the meat strips evenly across the trays of your automatic
dehydrator.
5.
Set the dehydrator to about 65°C operating temperature and a
duration of about 7 hours.
6.
During the process, turn the meat strips if required.

8. Cleaning and Care
1.
Disconnect the dehydrator from the power supply before clean
-
ing.
2.
After drying the food items, wash the dehydrator with warm
water and a soft cloth.
3.
Clean the appliance if necessary with cleaning agents and wipe
it dry. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, metal brushes or
organic solvents. Do not use flowing water to clean the dehydra
-
tor or immerse the housing in water or other liquids for clean
-
ing.
4.
The base of the dehydrator can be cleaned with a damp cloth if
it becomes dirty.
5.
Store the appliance in a cool and well-ventilated place.
