WINDOW MOUNTING

Top Rail Assembly

The top rail must be assembled prior to installing the air conditioner 

in the window

Tools Needed:

 Phillips Screw Driver

Attaching the Top Rail to the Air Conditioner

1. Place the cabinet on a hard flat surface.
2 .  Remove the top rail from the packaging material 

as shown in FIG . A .

3 .  Align the hole in the top rail with those on the top 

of the unit as shown in FIG . B .

4.  Secure the top rail to the unit with the 3/8″ screws 

as shown in FIG . C .

NOTE: For safety reasons, all 4 screws 

must be used to attach the top rail

CAUTION

When handling unit, be careful to avoid cuts 

from sharp metal edges and aluminum fins  

on front and rear coils .
