Tension Check Spring Replacement
Tools needed:
Paper Towels
WD-40
Air Compressor or Canned Air
5/64” allen wrench
Flat blade screwdriver
Time to complete:
Approximately 15 minutes
Removing Tension Control
To remove the tension control unit, insert a 5/64” allen wrench in the access hole behind the tension control unit.
Loosen the set screw at least 2 full turns counter clockwise before trying to remove the tension control unit.
Once the set screw is loose, grab the tension control unit and pull it out of the body of the machine.
