Using the supplied pictures sand the nose assembly to the 

finished shape.  Do not sand the rear edges where it will fit to 
the fuselage assembly.  

8.8  

Glue the TADS front plate back onto the nose assembly.  

8.9  

Punch out the TADS/PNVS  support plate, NS-S, from the 

¼ inch balsa sheet.  Using the slot provided glue it to the front 
of the TADS/NVS front plate so that it is perpendicular to this 
plate.  

8.10  

Punch out the two triangular TADS/PNVS side supports, 

TD-S, from 3/32” balsa.  Glue in the notch made by the TADS/
PNVS support plate to the back plate.

   Set aside the fuselage nose until later in the assem-
