6. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

6.1 OVERVIEW

Look for a suitable location in your vehicle to position the
fan heater. The fi xture surface must be smooth and even (no
grained surfaces). Pay attention to the appropriate points in
the safety precautions (section 4). Clean the surface and the
underside of the fi xture pedestal to remove dust and grease.
Pull the protective fi lm from one side of the adhesive strip
(Position 7 in the overview). Place the adhesive strip onto the
fi xture pedestal, with the adhesive surface on the bottom,
Position 7 in the overview) and push fi rmly into place, see
Figure 2.
Now remove the other protective fi lm of the adhesive strip.
Place the fan heater in the cleaned spot in your vehicle and
press fi rmly into place.

6.3 CONNECTING THE FAN HEATER

Only operate the fan heater when driving or when
the motor is running, otherwise there is a risk that
the battery of your vehicle may be discharged.
Using the switch you can choose between two modes:
You can switch the device off by bringing the switch to the „0“
position.
