HEATER SETTINGS
CASCADING HEATERS
When cascading heating is used, the temperature used is the average room
temperature (internal switch 8 is turned OFF). To use Stage 3 for heating, set
internal switch # 7 to ON.
If the room temperature rises:
- at Set Point - Heater 1 Offset - Heater 1 Diff.: Heater 2 turns off.
- at Set Point - Heater 1 Offset: Heater 1 turns off.
If the room temperature falls:
- at Set Point - Heater 1 Offset - Heater 1 Diff.: Heater 1 turns on.
- at Set Point - Heater 1 Offset - Heater 1 Diff. - Heater 2 Diff.:

When
room temperature < Set Point
, stage 1 fans run at minimum
speed according to the minimum ventilation cycle.
•
At Set Point
: stage 1 fans stop operating according to the minimum
ventilation cycle and increase in speed as the room temperature rises.
•
At Set Point + bandwidth 1
: stage 1 fans reach full speed.
•
At Set Point + ban diff. 2
: stage 2 fans start running.
If the floating stage 3 feature is enabled (internal switch #10 ON), an offset
must be adjusted for the stage 3 as shown below. This offset determines
the temperature at which the stage 3 returns to a stop.
If room temperature rises:
