5. Vibration
Ensure sheet pile has been
tightly clamped ,, press the
vibration button to start the pile
driving. Never move the
excavator boom laterally under
pile driving condition.
6. Boom pressurization
When it is felt that the soil
under the sheet pile is loose,
operate the boom to press
downward.
7.Use second vibration setting
When the pile driver force or the
excavator power supply
is
not
enough, step on the second
vibration setting to increase the
vibrating speed , when the sheet
pile is driven to the position, the
clamp can be loosened.
8.Adjust position
If the pile is stuck
and
cannot be
driven to
grade or
two parallel
adjacent sheet piles can not join
smoothly, pull the pile up again
and adjust the position of the
excavator
.
When pulling
the
pile,
do not pull the pile horizontally
,
only vertically.
