While driving or pulling the pile, the operation should
equalize
the
elastomer s evenly, at the same time, ensure the pile is vertical. Don't side load
the elastomers or they will get hot and crack.
14. It is dangerous to
move the excavator arm while driving piles
.
15. Please confirm that the pile driver stops completely, then open the clamp s .
16. For the continuous operation of the pile driver, please take about 5 minutes
as the standard for each pile on average, and take 5-10 minutes off. (the long-
term operation of the pile driver will increase the temperature of the gearbox
and shorten the service life of the bearing, oil motor and seal.) Spray water on
the bearing box when hard driving for long periods of time to cool it down.

Do not operate the pile driver in bad weather.
18. When pulling sheet pile s , the clamping jaw shall be clamped in the middle of
the steel sheet pile.
