Warranty
All ANEST IWATA S.r.l. products are guaranteed for one year from the date of the invoice, unless
other written agreements have been made. The warranty covers all material and manufacturing
defects. It also includes replacing spare parts or repairing faulty parts, which will be carried out
exclusively by our workshop.
The material to repair shall be sent CARRIAGE PAID.
Repaired equipment will be sent CARRIAGE FORWARD to the customer.
The warranty does not include technical services carried out at the equipment installation site or
removal of the equipment from its present location. If one of our workers is sent on a mission, the
service will be charged according to the current prices plus all travelling expenses, if any.
The warranty does not, under no circumstances, cover any direct or indirect damage caused to
things or people by our equipment nor does it cover repairs carried out by the purchaser or by third
parties.
THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY:
- Damage or failures caused by improper use / installation.
- Damage or failures caused by the use of spare parts which are different from the original or
recommended ones.
- Damage or failures caused by improper storage.
- Parts that are subject to wear (specified in the spare parts list).
WARRANTY FORFEITURE:
- In case of delayed payment or other contractual defaults.
- Whenever changes or repairs are carried out on our equipment without prior authorization.
- Whenever the serial No. has been tampered with or removed.
- When the damage is caused by improper use or handling as well as bumps and other causes
not attributable to the normal operating conditions of the equipment.
- Whenever the equipment is disassembled, tampered with or repaired without the authorization
of
ANEST IWATA S.r.I.
All repairs carried out within the warranty period will not interrupt such period.
Any dispute will be solely settled at Turin’s Place of Jurisdiction.
