Scheduling events for Inputs and Devices
The hub has an on board clock enabling scheduled events to be created
at a predetermined time in the future.
Creating a scheduled event requires two actions and uses the global
control toolbars at the top (Inputs) and bottom (Commands) of the
pages;
•
Schedule Link at the
top
of the page is to
schedule Inputs, Devices or TVM to be
displayed at a particular time and
•
The Schedule Link at the
bottom
of the page is
to schedule commands to be executed at a
particular time.
The event (channel changing, port locking or device control) is selected
in the same way as described previously, as are the ports that this is to
be applied to.
Note;
If
Execute
were selected the command would be
issued immediately. The Schedule option is used to run
the command at a later date.
6.1
Scheduling an Input
Inputs can be scheduled to appear on certain screens if necessary. For
example flight information coming in on Input A to ports 1 and 2 can be
changed to Train information at a specific time.

From the top toolbar select the
name
of the input
which the schedule is to be applied to e.g. Flights.

Select the
ports
which the input will be displayed on
by clicking on the
Include
check box at the relevant
ports. The ports will be highlighted in orange.
