Remove tiles which cover the
rafters where the mounting an-
gles are to be installed.
It may be necessary to adjust
the mounting angles to the tile
height, and to insert a wooden
support beneath them.
Use the hacksaw and hammer
to remove a section of tile, so
that the mounting angle can lie
in a tile recess.
Put the mounting angle in place,
position the drill holes with the
wood screws, and pre-drill the
holes with a drill bit of approxi-
mately 5.5mm diameter.
The wood screws can be quickly
tightened with the socket span-
ner.
Mounting angle screwed firmly
in place, with additional wooden
support for correct tile height.
The mounting angles can also
be installed with a lateral offset.
The flexible mounting system
can also compensate for un-
favourable distances between
rafters.
