Functions
Description
Card
Registration
device registers the card and allows card holder to
record attendance. If the card is lost or damaged,
you may delete the card from the device and
register a new card using the same ID.
Password
Registration
After registering a password, the user may use
his/her ID + Password to clock in/out for
attendance. If a staff member forgets or damages
his card, he can use his ID + Password to log his
attendance.
Setting Super
Admin
The Super Admin has the highest authority on the
device. The Super Admin is set when initially
configuring the device. This prevents others from
changing or tampering with their data and
enhances your data's security.
Setting Gen
Manager
The Gen Manager has the authority to register a
card and password on the attendance device.
Deleting
Registration
Data
The device can delete the, card or password for a
registration ID. After deletion a card or password
can no longer be used on the device.
All Log Delete
This function deletes all attendance data on the
device.
USB Download
This function downloads attendance and
management data from the device to USB drive
and saves them as a text file. The USB can then be
used to import data to the software. Using this
function can also be downloaded/uploaded the
user/manager registration data.
