USB Device Latency Timer
These options specify the latency timings in PCI clocks for USB devices
and PCI devices installed in the PCI expansion slots. The settings are
32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 224, or 248. The Optimal default setting is 248.
The Fail–Safe default setting is 248.

PCI Slot–2 IRQ Preference
PCI Slot–3 IRQ Preference
PCI Slot–4 IRQ Preference
These options specify the IRQ priority for USB devices and the PCI
devices installed in the PCI expansion slots. The settings are Auto,
IRQ3, IRQ4, IRQ5, IRQ7, IRQ9, IRQ10, IRQ11, and IRQ14, in priority
order. The Optimal and Fail–Safe default settings are Auto.
