Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the QR code to receive the security code. Once you have received the
security code, enter the code into the field label
Security Code
. Once you have successfully entered your security
code, click on the
Next
button to continue.
Note:
Please use the security code delivered to your email within 24 hours. If the security code is not used within
the 24-hour period, it will be invalid. You will have five attempts to enter your security code correctly otherwise
the system will lock you out.
Next, you will need to enter a new password for the DVR. In the
Password
box, enter a new password for your DVR
and then confirm the password in the
Confirm Password
field. When you are done, click
Save
to save the
password.
