5.3.2 SENSOR MODULE CONFIGURATION AND ALARM SETTINGS
5.3.2.1 SENSOR MODULE WINDOW FILTER
Navigate to the UTx Service Menu and select the sensor to be configured. If the
ENTER
button
is pressed then the following menu is shown. This menu is common to all sensors therefore
selecting any sensor will produce the same menu.
The
UP
and
DOWN
buttons can be used to
navigate the list of service menus for the selected sensor.
If ‘Window’ is activated from the sensor’s service menu, then the display will be updated to show
the following editing screen.
Window is a custom average filter where the averaging "window" can be selected from 0 (off), 1
(pass through, no filtering) and 2-600 seconds.
When the
ENTER
button is pressed while the last digit is highlighted, the screen will update to
the following thereby requesting confirmation from the user. The response (Yes/No) can be
toggled using either
UP
or
DOWN
buttons. Press
ENTER
when the desired response is shown
to confirm the edit value (Yes) or the reject it (No).
If Yes is selected, the edit value is persisted as the new value for the window filter. Otherwise, the
edit value is rejected. In either case, the menu returns to the sensor’s service menu with the
Window menu item selected.
