To mince meat and make sausages in a single pass, assemble the mincer and meat cutting disc and cutter as
described in „Setting up the mincer to mince meat“.
Put on the sausage attachment next and screw the fi xing ring onto the thread of the mincer body.

To produce spritz biscuits from shortbread dough, use the biscuit adapter with shaping attachment and the biscuit
attachment.
