Send the configuration to the controller and save it by clicking
‘Send to HW’
and
‘Save’
. The video plays
properly now.
When configuring a multiple data output screen, without using the software (controller setup), you have
to take some precautions into account; all outputs, except for the last one, should have the same
amount of cabinets. This amount should be a multiple of the number of horizontal or vertical cabinets
in the screen. The last output should have a smaller or equal amount of cabinets than the others. Also,
very important is to have the same data flow for all outputs.
Now use the controller’s interface to set the amount of horizontal and vertical cabinets. Also set the total
amount of cabinets for output 1 and choose the correct data flow. The screen should play the video
properly now.
