6.4.3 Swinging arm
Adjusting the main table
• Undo the lock nut (1)
• Adjust the table top by turning the nut (2) clockwise or
counter-clockwise
• Tighten the lock nut
Check the pivot arm
• Lean the pivot arm against the machine stand
• Fully extent the telescopic tube
• Dimension A should be 0.5 mm smaller than dimension
B
• Attach the cross slide with the crosscut-mitre fence
• Ensure that the distance between the crosscut-mitre
fence and along the sliding table is between 0.1 and 0.9
mm
Setting the pivot arm
• Release the screws of the guide rollers (1 - 3)
• Use a pin (Ø=8.5 mm) to adjust the guide roller (1)
• Tighten the screw of the guide roller (1)
• Use the pin to bring guide rollers (2 - 3) into contact with
the pivot arm
