INPUT PROGRAMMING
The inputs 1 through 4 are the hardwired inputs on the DLM-600 dialer. Besides the 4 inputs there are
three special system inputs visible. If for these inputs in the columns alarm, restore and telephone
numbers programming is entered, these events will also be reported. By default, the correct SIA and
Contact ID codes are present, if desired these codes can be changed in consultation with the central
station.
The ‘Name’ and ‘Type’ of the special system inputs cannot be changed !

AME
For each input a free text description name of up to 16 characters can be programmed. The free text
name is only transmitted when using the protocol XSIA to a central station. When using Contact ID or
SIA Level 2 protocol no text name is transmitted!. The text name is also sent when using the SMS text
protocol.

YPE
For each input it must be programmed whether the input is normally open (NO) or normally closed (nc).
By default, inputs 1 through 4 are all programmed as "Not active".
For the special system inputs the ‘type’ cannot be modified and are fixed to Normally Closed.

In the columns ‘Alarm’ and ‘restore’ you can check the corresponding boxes per input to determine
whether an alarm and/or restore message will be transmitted.

In the columns "Alarm Code SIA or CID” and " Restore Code SIA or CID " for each input zone the
relevant SIA or Contact ID code can be programmed which will be transmitted to the central station when
the input is activated. A SIA code is always two letters and a CID code is always 3 digits. An overview of
