Restore the protection. 
WARNING: make sure there is no overload or 
short circuit on the TRI POWER X33 HE output. 

THE INPUT VOLTAGE IS 
OUT OF THE ALLOWED 
OPERATING VALUES 
FOR MAINS POWER 

Problem caused by the mains power. Wait for the 
input mains voltage to return within the tolerance 
limits. The TRI POWER X33 HE will return 
automatically to mains operation.

TEMPERATURE PROBE 

Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), turn the 
TRI POWER X33 HE off and back on again and 
exclude the maintenance bypass. If the problem 
persists, contact the nearest service centre 

THE DISPLAY SHOWS 
ONE OR MORE OF THE

FAULT IN THE INPUT 
STAGE OF THE TRI 
POWER X33 HE 

Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), turn the 
TRI POWER X33 HE off and back on again and 
exclude the maintenance bypass. If the problem 
persists, contact the nearest service centre 

PHASE 1 HAS A MUCH 
LOWER VOLTAGE THAN 
THE OTHER TWO 
PHASES. 

Open the SWIN, switch on the TRI POWER X33 
HE from the battery. Wait for the sequence to be 
completed and close the SWIN

Remove the load. Insert the maintenance bypass 
(SWMB), turn the TRI POWER X33 HE off and 
back on again. Exclude the maintenance bypass. If 
the problem persists, contact the nearest service 
centre

OUTPUT STAGE OF THE 
TRI POWER X33 HE 

Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), turn the 
TRI POWER X33 HE off and back on again. 
Exclude the maintenance bypass. If the problem
