Managing Accounts
Account Enquiry
A Staff Member, Pupil or Guardian may need to know what the current balance is on the account; in addition other
details such as credit and daily spend can be checked. An account enquiry can also produce a detailed statement
going back a maximum of three months.
1. From the Functions button choose Supervisor
2. From the Card User Admin button choose Enquiry Meal Accounts
3. Select the Customer
