Refund Transaction
A full transaction or a part transaction refund can be made after the transaction has been made.
Refund by Re-running the Transaction
1.
Enter the Product items to be refunded, in this example there are three products to be refunded

From the Functions button, choose
Refund (All Items)

To confirm the refund select an identification method (see
Pay Using Swipe Card Identification
,
Pay
Using Biometric Identification
or
Pay Using Manual Lookup
)
4.
The Product Window will now confirm that the items have now been refunded to the students account.
Failed Payments
A payment can fail for a variety of reasons. These include but are not limited to:
Insufficient funds on the account
Maximum debt limit has been reached
Maximum number of emergency meals have been consumed
Maximum daily spend limit reached.
