Delay After Fill
Specifies the amount of time that will elapse before the next fill cycle starts. This delay can
be used to allow the product to completely drop into the container after each filling opera-
tion, or to allow product to settle into the container after filling.
This selection is available from the Setup Cutoff and Delay After Fill screen.

Provides access to specify operation of Level Control and product infeed equipment.
Level Control
Specifies how the filler hopper is re-supplied with product from (external) infeed equipment.
Operation of the Level Control can be turned “On” where a signal is generated at external
equipment when a low level condition is detected in the hopper, or turned “Off.”
When selected as “On,” the Pause Delay and Low Level Agitation selections (see following)
can be further used to specify low level control.
This selection is accessed from the Setup Level Control and Product Infeed screen of the
Setup Menu.

Pause Delay
Provides a delay to occur between detection of a low level condition in the hopper and a
system pause. Specifies the number of fill cycles to occur after the low level condition is
detected. This selection can be used to allow infeed equipment to deliver product to the
hopper without undue halting of production.
This selection is accessed from the Setup Level Control and Product Infeed screen of the
Setup Menu.
