Voice Commands
NOTE
: Background noise may affect CoPilot’s ability to recognize spoken commands.
You can use an external microphone with noise-cancellation technology to optimize your
experience with CoPilot’s listening device.
COMMAND
RESPONSE
Cancel Detour
Returns you to the original route after a detour has been
generated.
Clear track
Clears the GPS arrow trail from the map.
Detour
CoPilot automatically calculates an alternate route.
Driver
Switches to the Driver Safety view.
ETA
CoPilot tells you the estimated time of arrival at your next stop.
Go to sleep
CoPilot will enter Sleep mode — the application stays open
but is not active. Use the “Wake Up” command to reverse.
Going to
CoPilot tells you the name of your next stop.
Heading
CoPilot tells you which direction you are heading.
How far
CoPilot tells you the distance to your next stop.
Less detail
Each time spoken, the map will show less detail.
More detail
Each time spoken, the map will show more detail.
Mute
Turns CoPilot’s spoken directions off.
Next Turn
CoPilot tells you when (estimated) and where you will make
your next turn.
Pan down/left/right/up
Each time spoken, the map view will shift down, left, right, or
up from the currently displayed area.
Passenger
Switches to “Next Turn” view.
Resnap
Recalculates your GPS position.
Speak all
Speaks useful statistics about your current positon and route.
Speaking off/on
Turns CoPilot’s spoken instructions off/on (text instructions still
appear on-screen when speech is turned off).
Speed
CoPilot tells you the speed at which you are currently traveling.

Wake Up
Brings CoPilot out of Sleep mode.
Where am I?
CoPilot tells you your current location along the route.
Zoom in/Zoom out
Zooms the view of the map in or out one level.
