3 SETUP MD-01/02 controller
3.1 COMMUNICATION between MD-01/02 and PC
Communication between the MD-01/02 controller and a PC is done with program SPIDM-
D01dde.exe ( ** This name may change). You can use this program to configure the
MD-01/02 controller as well as use it to communicate between the ORBITRON satellite
tracking program and the MD-01/02. More programs will be supported in the future.
How to start communication from MD-01/02 to PC
3.2 SETUP MD-01/02 controller
3.2.1 Using USB Communications
:
· When power is turned on, the MD-01 display shows: ”Mode: Normal”.
· Press the [S] button twice.
· You will now enter “Motor configuration”.
· Press [Right] button 8 times. Then select “USB” with the [Up] or [Down] buttons.
· Go to “Set Protocol” below
