2.4 MD-01/02 connectors

Should additional connectors be needed, the following pictures show the part
numbers for the various connector shells and pins used with the MD-01/02 
controller.  These connectors are standard Tyco Electronics Corp. Mate-N-
Lock connectors and are available at most Electronics Suppliers.
