TURN OFF RED WITH RESET
Normally when a scrap piece is manufactured, the red light blinks until the reset key is pressed.
At this point, the red light is on steady. By activating this option, the red light will turn off once
the reset command is pressed.
ACCEPT STOP FROM AN EXTERNAL SIGNAL
Normally,
Press-Right
stops the acquisition process and the press. If the
START
signal is
removed during the acquisition process,
Press-Right
stops the press and the discard signal for
unexpected interruption. By enabling this option when the
START
signal is deactivated,
Press-
Right
terminates the acquisition process and monitors the force curve without forcing the piece
as scrap.
WAITING TO SAVE DATA IN THE COMPUTER
By activating this option,
Press-Right
does not allow the manufacturing of components if it is
not connected to the
Winscope
software. This is useful if you wish to store all the processes in
the computer memory.
COUNT ONLY IF THE PIECE IS TOUCHED
By activating this setting,
Press-Right
will not increase the piece counter if it does not measure
the initial height, that is, if the piece is not counted.
DIFFERENT SCRAP CLASS FOR EACH JOB
By enabling this option, each job has a different way to manage waste (chapter 7).
10.2 Job, phase and channel configuration
This menu allows to set up ho jobs, phases and channels are managed. This menu may be accessed

NUMBER OF SELECTABLE JOBS
The job to be performed can be selected through a combination of inputs or via the command
delivered via serial communication. In this case, enter how many jobs can be selected from the
outside.
NUMBER OF CHANNELS
Press-Right
can be connected up to six load cells. This command is used to indicate how many
load cells are connected. To connect the load cells, an optional card is required.
